How do you add ringtones to a Sprint Samsung phone?

My dad recently got a Sprint Samsung phone and we are trying to add a ringtone to it. We cant add it off the website cause it is with a bussiness and have a data cable. Anyone know any good sites or a way to transfer it over the data cable?
